Recently at Arya College Main Campus, a Three Days Life Skills Program was conducted by Barclays in association with GTT from 17th March to 19th March 2021. The theme of the program was “Campus to Corporate”. Thus, various sessions were organized based on the theme by the specialized trainers. All the sessions were very informative and it included sessions such as Mock Interviews, Behavioural Science, and Personality Development to help students understand the campus placement process. The participants of the program were all the students of B.Tech 3rd year.
The skills learned during the program were highly beneficial for the students as they can develop new ways of thinking and resolving problems. As the Best Private University in India for B.Tech., we believe that such programs enable students to learn how to deal with complex situations in the real business world. Moreover, students develop qualities such as improved self-confidence, the ability to work in teams, and extending cooperation to all the team members.
